Im runting today because of a certain Company service. Forgive me kung sino man matatamaan sa mga sasabihin ko. PLDT DSL After Sales is Full of Crap!!! I hate to do this, but I need to pull this out of my head and heart, The Service is really a big cheap shot on the neck, while paying thousands on their service. Then what do you get? A Crappy Service.Eto yung pinakaka-iwasan ko nuon pa. thats why i never dared to get a service from PLDT most specially if the after Sales is a Sub-Contractor. Basically Sub-contractors are not managed by PLDT. they have their own management Which i dont know how the hell they do their jobs.
